Project Context
Hello Eve is a pioneering e-commerce platform dedicated to women's health. Unlike traditional online pharmacies, Hello Eve focuses on providing a holistic and personalized shopping experience for women's health products, from contraceptives to menopause treatments.
Many women struggle to find trustworthy healthcare information and products online, often facing barriers such as lack of transparency, complex prescription processes, and discomfort with traditional medical consultations. The goal of this project was to remove these barriers by creating an accessible, seamless, and reassuring digital health experience.

Research & Insights
To ensure Hello Eve was aligned with real user needs, we conducted in-depth user research, including interviews and usability testing. The key findings were:
