Phlo is a leading innovator in digital pharmacy services, aiming to modernize the prescription process through its Phlo Connect platform. Designed as an API-based prescribing portal, Phlo Connect streamlines interactions between clinicians, patients, and pharmacists while ensuring compliance with GDPR and HIPAA regulations.

Despite its potential, the original system faced several usability and efficiency challenges. The prescription process was cumbersome for doctors, difficult for patients to navigate, and required excessive manual work for pharmacists. The goal of the redesign was to create a seamless, secure, and user-friendly solution that improves operational efficiency and enhances the overall digital pharmacy experience.
